Raw Material Procurement

No matter what type the eyewear case is, they are mainly made of the raw materials we purchased from our qualified suppliers. The quality of incoming materials, therefore, is the most important factor on packaging effect.

At Hesh, with a professional team of touring staff, we ensure that all the materials we selected are qualified by the international laboratory. Besides, they are classified & inspected following our industry standards by our IQC department before being send into mass production.

Raw Material Inspection System

  • QUALITY INSPECTION

    Every batch of Incoming raw material is carefully checked with a coder by our IQC workers.

  • THICKNESS INSPECTION

    All raw materials are carefully measured with a caliper to ensure the dimensions are consistent with industry standars.

  • HARDNESS INSPECTION

    The diameter and depth of every raw materials are measured with dial gague to mo make sure the size difference is kept within 0.01 mm.

  • PAINT EFFECT INSPECTION

    To test the paint effect, we will put 50 grams weight on a sand ball swinging back and forth 25 times.

  • COLOR PROOFING

    The color and the texture of the material will be inspected by white light to ensure consistency.

  • GLUE ADHESION

    Our worker will glue leather with the blister, and then put them into oven for heating up to 70 degree celsius temperature for 2 hours.
